We assure you a fully insured and prompt delivery. Before you sign the receipt we request all our customers to check for any damages if any.

The estimated arrival date of each product is mentioned in details in the product page. These days indicates the approximate time required to process, package and deliver. For some products the shipment destination would determine the day of arrival of the order. To establish the arrival dates of such products just click at “When will it arrive?” link. If your order is placed before 3 Pm Eastern time on a business day (Monday to Friday) your order will be processed the same day. In case you place your order on a weekend like Saturday or Sunday or after 3 Pm Eastern Time on a regular business day your order will be processed the next business day.

In case you are not available at home then, Preciousglow.com can also ship the order at your workplace or any other convenient place. For the utmost security of the customer, if the billing amount is $ 1000 or more and needs to be delivered other than the billing address then from your credit card or financing company we will confirm the alternate address. To speed up the delivery process please call your issuing bank and confirm your alternate shipping address.

If you are unable to sign the order then we can ship it to local FedEx and you can sign and collect from there. Find the FedEx location near you.

The price of your order (before tax) determines the order delivery method. You can find the free shipping list on the Shipping Information page in the shopping basket. If you opt for USPS®, FedEx Ground®, or FedEx 2Day® delivery then to speed up your delivery we charge you a nominal fee.

If you placed your order via FedEx Priority Overnight or 2Day delivery service:

1. Delivery usually happens within one or two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.
2. The order will be shipped only to street address and not P.O. Box address byPreciousglow.com
3. Signature is a must for shipments totaling $750 or more, despite of any waivers you may have with FedEx.
4. FedEx may also require a signature for shipments under $750.

If you placed order with FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2Day delivery service, a signature is required for delivery of shipments totaling $750 or more. In case you are unavailable for receiving on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery with an additional fee. Call 347-748-1240 and our diamond and jewelry consultant will arrange the same for you.

If your order is being shipped via FedEx® Ground:

1. Delivery usually takes place within one to six business days after it is shipped from Preciousglow.com.
2. May arrive on Saturday, at no extra charge.
3. The order will be shipped only to street address and not P.O. Box address byPreciousglow.com
4. Signature not required

If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO or FPO address with USPS Priority Mail:

1.Delivery usually will occur in three business days after it is shipped from Preciousglow.com
2.The order will be shipped only to street address and not P.O. Box address byPreciousglow.com
3.Signature not required

As APO & FPO orders are processed through the military postal service, the order might take a little extra time for arrival. Preciousglow.commakes sure that all the orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail and guarantees that your package will arrive at the correct APO/FPO processing center within 2-4 days. From this point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver your order on time. In this case we cannot provide a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you are already familiar with this process of sending packages to APO & FPO addresses, you can probably expect your Preciousglow.com order to arrive in about the same amount of time.
